Tuna and cream of mushroom soup "Chinese" casserole

Ok. I defy you to find a Chinese dish like this in Beijing or anywhere else in China. Were they serious? Canned tuna? Cream of Mushroom Soup? Oh, but wait! They use cashew nuts. Now it's authentic :-)

Then I ran across this Japanese ad. Somehow I don't think it would pass muster today on the "politically correct front."
